Good customer service

There's a lot of negative feedback about the customer service but I found it to not be much hassle. I was sent a bespoke corset with the wrong measurements. After reading the reviews I skipped the bot on the webpage and filled in the returns form. Then I received an email. They listened to my problem and after I provided proof (a picture of me measuring the corset) they agreed to send me a new corset. I received the corset on time and exactly as expected.
I brought three other items, two off the rack corsets and a skirt. This is my first time buying things like this but I find them to be high quality, comfortable and unlikely to break anytime in the near future.

Gorgeous corsets for great prices

I took advantage of their 4-for-1 deal and picked up 4 absolutely gorgeous corsets. They are beautiful and well-made, and their selection is fantastic!

Incredible customer service!

My shipment was lost by the shipping company. Coresetdeal customer service was right on top of things with the vendor and with me. I had daily updates on the situation. When it was officially declared "lost" they remade my order and shipped it out immediately using a different vendor and I got it within days. Their service was impeccable, and I couldn't even suggest an improvement if I tried. Oh, and the products I ordered are absolutely lovely. I absolutely recommend them.

Excellent quality, fit and customer service

Item arrived in a timely manner and was of the quality I have come to expect. The garment fit perfectly. Their requests for further measurements were polite and easy to fulfill. Excellent experience.

Fits great, I recommend to use your exact waist size otherwise you won't be comfortable every inch matters.

Couldn't be happier

I found Corset Deal at the last minute before my wedding and was a little skeptical since I had never heard of them before and the price seemed too good to be true, but I was out of options and decided to give them a try... I'm so thankful I did! The dress was much higher quality than I had expected and fit perfectly! Thank you guys so much, not just for the dress itself but also for the wedding pictures I'm proud to hang on my wall!

I would like to kmow why they are not refunding my daughters mney after she returned a corset to them.. shes lost £45.. its atrocious.

You should talk to them on their help email. They are pretty good with responding to queries.

Their excuse for me was it was "heavily perfumed". I dont even wear perfume! Short answer: They're liars and thieves.
